Total 30 rounds plus sighters at 25m on the 25m Rapid Fire target.  Practice 1: 2 series of 5 shots in 12 seconds.  Practice 2: 2 series of 5 in 10 seconds.  Practice 3: 2 series of 5 in 8 seconds.

Match 2: Timed & Precision

Total 30 rounds, no sighters.  Practice 1: 10 shots at 50m in 10 minutes.  Practice 2: 2 series of 5 shots at 25m in 30 seconds.  Practice 3: 2 series of 5 shots at 25m in 20 seconds.
